I needed service on my “Strong Spa” manufactured in Northumberland PA. The closest dealer is Kay Pool and Spa. They responded so quickly, setting up an account for me, putting me on their service schedule, and getting their service people out here in about a week! Those men were so friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, I couldn’t believe my problem was solved so quickly! It was a pleasure dealing with them. I will definitely call them again if I have issues!

Kay pools provide prompt and efficient service for our pool. They called ahead prior to arriving and showed up at the scheduled time and left the area as they found it.

These guys are the best! … Owners, Alan and Angie, are an absolute pleasure to work with. I knew nothing about pools when I got mine and was fairly nervous about it. Alan was patient with me and has taught me a lot. They open, close, service, and have repaired my pool since I’ve owned it and have done an excellent job. I can’t thank these guys enough. I’d love for them to be able to open a shop in the Lehigh valley area, because as I have not mentioned, they also travel from near the Reading area to get to me! Angie and Ben are fantastic. Quick to get back to me. Eddie and Jason- their technicians were wonderful. We have an endless pool and it is the first time in Central PA that I have found someone who is familiar with Endless Pool and their equipment.

After having a swimming pool for 26 years and with the company that I bought it from being out of business, my solid Merlin cover finally needed to be replaced. Some pool companies would not even deal with me because I didn’t buy the pool from them. Allan and his team were very helpful in finding the exact – and I mean exact – cover which I thought could not happen. Due to their knowledge of how to go about this, the price was fabulous – well within our budget – and they are the most professional business people that I have ever dealt with. I give them many thanks and if I could, 10 stars. I am so glad that I will have someone to count on if I have another problem. If you want to purchase a swimming pool they are the folks to see.

I called Kay Pool and Spa to handle repairs on my Endless pool and I couldn’t be happier. First when I called them, I had to leave a message and they actually called me back – promptly! When the service people arrived they were courteous and respectful of my home. Because of the type of pool I have the parts needed to be ordered. As soon as they arrived, they called to schedule installation. The same service people arrived to install the parts and again they were pleasant and courteous. I had several questions when they were finished and they took time to explain everything. I felt like they really cared and wanted to be sure they did a good job and that I was satisfied. They succeeded!! I would highly recommend Kay Pool and Spa and won’t hesitate to contact them again if I have any problems.

My recently purchased home had a 15+ year aluminum above ground pool which needed replaced due to ground washing causing the walls of the pool to collapse. I was frustrated with my results of trying to find someone to replace my above ground pool. Then, someone recommended Kay Pool and Spa. I couldn’t be more pleased with my New Riviera Hybrid Pool installed by Allen and the guys. The construction of this pool is amazing and I will never have to worry about collapsed walls again. They did an Amazing job installing and instructing me as a first time pool owner on the care and maintenance of my new pool. Allen and Angie are always courteous and patient with any questions I have.

In June 2013, I asked Allen to restore my 20-year-old above ground pool that had been unattended to and uncovered for nearly 6 years. I don’t think I will need too many words to show you the amazing work that Allen and Al did. Pictures are worth a thousand words. Take a look. Then you be the judge!

Allen’s work ethic is commendable, and he is very committed to providing the customer with a high quality outcome. They worked tirelessly to have the pool ready for my daughter’s engagement party in August. He is very dependable; he doesn’t just walk away from a “job.” Allen treats me like family; he does the kind of job he would do for his own family members. He has always been available to answer my questions and was very patient with me (I was new to operating the equipment and the maintenance routines).

I must also give credit to Allen’s wife, Angie, who always takes my phone calls, arranges my service appointments, orders parts, gives information, and is able to figure out what “thing” I am trying to describe that I broke! Angie’s friendly voice at the other end of the phone is always welcoming. I highly recommend Kay Pool and Spa.
