"Thank you so much for recommending Water's Choice enzymes to treat our hot tub. My water is the clearest it has ever been and remains crystal clear, even 2 weeks past drain and fill. The only chemicals I've used were chlorine, PH increase, and hardness increase right after refill. I have not needed to add ANY additional chemicals in two weeks so far! No more trying to be a chemist to figure out how to stabilize our hot tub! Amazing product, and I'm recommending to everyone I know!"

"In June 2013, I asked Allen to restore my 20-year-old above ground pool that had been unattended to and uncovered for nearly 6 years. I don’t think I will need too many words to show you the amazing work that Allen and Al did. Pictures are worth a thousand words. Take a look. Then you be the judge! Allen’s work ethic is commendable, and he is very committed to providing the customer with a high quality outcome. They worked tirelessly to have the pool ready for my daughter’s engagement party in August. He is very dependable; he doesn’t just walk away from a “job”. "My recently purchased home had a 15+ year aluminum above ground pool which needed replaced due to ground washing causing the walls of the pool to collapse. "This past winter (2015-2016) was the first year I had Kay Pools do my Winter Service for me. I had them come out bi-weekly. I keep my gates to my yard locked because of my dogs. They always let me know when they would be coming so I could leave it unlocked. The service technician ALWAYS made sure he locked it upon leaving!! We have a large pool and needed a liner, but kept putting off the project because the quote from the dealer we were currently using was outrageous. Additionally, last year when that dealer closed our pool, they left the pump running and we didn't catch the error for two weeks. We called Kay Pool and Spa and their quote for a high-quality liner was HALF the other quote. Additionally, our pool light didn't work for years and we were told we had to "dig up and rerun wire". When Kay installed our new liner - in less than a day - their technician said he'd "fix the light". He jumped into the cold water and did just that. They recently closed our pool and did another outstanding job AND made sure all electric was off. Can't say enough about their responsiveness, their technicians and their prices.

Robert and Matt came out to my home at the exact appointment time. Robert and Matt was very nice, and unfortunately I had a bad experience with the previous installers. Robert smoothed out the ground, made sure there was not rocks or any extra sand needed in spots. He was very helpful explaining everything to me. The liner was smooth as the water started to fill, and it already looks amazing. If you want a job done right, ask for Robert! He knows his stuff!

After having a swimming pool for 26 years and with the company that I bought it from being out of business, my solid Merlin cover finally needed to be replaced. Some pool companies would not even deal with me because I didn’t buy the pool from them. Allan and his team were very helpful in finding the exact - and I mean exact - cover which I thought could not happen. Due to their knowledge of how to go about this, the price was fabulous - well within our budget - and they are the most professional business people that I have ever dealt with. I called Kay Pool and Spa to handle repairs on my Endless pool and I couldn’t be happier. First when I called them, I had to leave a message and they actually called me back - promptly! When the service people arrived they were courteous and respectful of my home. Because of the type of pool I have the parts needed to be ordered. As soon as they arrived, they called to schedule installation. The same service people arrived to install the parts and again they were pleasant and courteous. I had several questions when they were finished and they took time to explain everything. I felt like they really cared and wanted to be sure they did a good job and that I was satisfied. They succeeded!! I would highly recommend Kay Pool and Spa and won’t hesitate to contact them again if I have any problems.

I needed service on my "Strong Spa" manufactured in Northumberland PA. The closest dealer is Kay Pool and Spa. They responded so quickly, setting up an account for me, putting me on their service schedule, and getting their service people out here in about a week! Those men were so friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, I couldn't believe my problem was solved so quickly! It was a pleasure dealing with them.
